Convenient hours and drive through with unhealthy options. The order was wrong, and I was charged more than the price displayed on the menu board. Let cashier know, and she said, "oh really?" with no attempt to make any correction. Not my favorite place for food, but I'm a big fan of the strawberry slush.

This is location consistently produces the worst customer experiences. It’s unfortunate that it happens to be the closest to my house because the mobile app defaults to it. It’s almost worth forgoing the order and money to just reorder and drive to ANY other location.

Very good sonic compared to many I've been to. The food is always good, the lobby and parking is always clean. Love the option of being able to dine in at this location as well. Only problem I have personally is the location and small parking area. Getting in and out of the parking lot is almost too dangerous.

Big Spring on Gregg St. This place is as slow as a snail. Try to pass off crushed ice for a flavored slush. Oh hell no! Always having to take it back. And folks CHECK THAT SACK LOOK AT OUR FOOD. MAKE SUR ITS RIGHT BEFORE LEAVING....TRUST ME ON THIS
